Product Specifications: A full range of Hattersley valves up to 300mm in size are being used throughout the development
 
The London Fruit and Wool Exchange (LFWE) site occupies a prominent position in London’s Spitalfields, directly opposite Christ Church. The low-rise development consists of a 5 storey office building above mixed uses at ground consisting of two separate reception spaces, office area, retail and service yard.
 
The development includes new retail and restaurant space and a pedestrian route through the centre of the building opening into new open spaces. Located directly opposite Old Spitalfields Market and Bishops Square on Brushfield Street the building is within close proximity to Bishopsgate and Liverpool Street Station. Hattersley valves will be used for services including LTHW, Domestic Hot & Cold Water, Chilled Water, & Gas throughout the new build.
 
Demolition commenced in 2015 and completion is planned for Spring 2018.
