The News Building (formerly known as The Place) is an office building in London Bridge Quarter, next to The Shard.
Designed by leading architect Renzo Piano, the 17-storey development was completed in the Spring of 2013. The building provides around 430,000 sq ft of office space, as well as naturally ventilated winter gardens on floors 3 to 12 and a landscaped roof terrace with views of the Capital.
The building equates to only 1.5% of an individual's carbon footprint per year meaning carbon emissions are estimated to be 60% less than a typical prestige office block.
Hattersley supplied a range of commissioning valves including Hook-Ups and DPCVs, general isolating valves (15mm to 400mm), strainers and non-return valves. Orifice plates M2000, isolation 970G - 100 - 100EXT - 100C - DPCV - Gas - 971.
