Heathrow Airport is already one of the busiest airports in Europe. Terminal 5 will provide Heathrow with the capacity to handle up to 35 million new passengers a year.

Through a series of integrated construction schemes, a wide variety of Hattersley valves have been installed throughout the build. The Energy Centre, Control Tower, Concourses A and B, the air tunnels and the departure lounge have all benefited from Hattersleys' actuated and PN40 high performance butterfly valves, commissioning valves and pre-fabricated Hook-Up units.

Whilst the Hattersley Hook-Up units dramatically reduced the cost and time of site installation, Hattersley Service Engineers were on hand to assist in installation and commissioning of the valves.
